With our Advanced Fusion Dentures (AFDs), we fabricate custom blanks using Lucitone HIPA Pourable Acrylic and carded teeth. By processing the blank directly to the teeth, this allows for a more cohesive and longer lasting bond.

Milled Precision
Once our blanks have been fabricated, we mill the denture design using a 5-axis milling machine to achieve a precise fit. The custom made blank allows for a faster milling time which in turn allows for a faster turnaround time for you.
